The Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support the development and performance of young athletes within the academy by providing high-quality video analysis, personalised feedback, and age-appropriate educational sessions.

The Role


Capture and analyse video footage of training sessions and matches to provide valuable performance feedback.
Utilise specialised software to break down game footage in line with departmental analysis protocols.
Develop personalised video clips for players, aligning with their agreed Development Plan (ADP) to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.
Conduct educational sessions tailored to the players’ age groups, guided by our Game Model curriculum.


The Person


A bachelor's degree in sports science, coaching, performance analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience working with young players in an elite sports setting.
Formal coaching qualifications and practical coaching experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to Collaborate effectively with coaching staff, players, and other departments to support player development.
A master's degree in a related field - Desirable
