Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Football Development Coordinator at The Albion Foundation. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day tasks related to football development programs. This includes organizing coaching sessions and events, coordinating with partner organizations, monitoring participant progress, and evaluating program effectiveness. While the role is primarily located in West Midlands, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Experience in project management
Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
Good writing skills for program documentation and reports
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Experience in football development or sports-related field is desirable
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
