A resident of the Second League, LE MANS FC is keen to continue its structuring with a view to bringing its women's section to the highest level.
In a structure favorable to development towards the highest level, LE MANS FC has all the solid bases (environment, structures, training, etc.) to meet this challenge.
To do this, the club has set up a performance unit run by an employed physical trainer responsible for it. In order to animate it, the club has a position to fill with its women's flag team.
Required profile:

Person with football sensitivity,
Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
Dedicated person capable of working in a team,
Able to respect the framework set at club level (hierarchy, methodology).
→ Experience in the women's sector would be a plus
Missions & Skills required:
Management of field content for the D2F team in line with the methodology of the staff and the club,
Management of indoor weight training sessions
Management of group rehabilitation in collaboration with medical staff
Participation in individual and collective monitoring (management of efforts/effects of training, testing, etc.) in particular with the MyCoach Pro tool,
Participate in meetings of the physical preparation unit.
Workplace: Pincenardière sports complex
