Reports to Community Development Officer
Location Multiple Venues within Cambridgeshire
Salary Pay is competitive dependent on qualifications and experience
Hours Casual hours – School Holidays 8:30am – 4:30pm

Role Summary
This role is a part-time position to coach within our Youth Development Programme at our Soccer Schools during the school holidays.

Key Job Outcomes
To deliver fun filled football sessions to 5 – 12-year-olds. To maintain the health and safety of all children. To make sure all children sign in and out, when arriving and leaving. To maintain the club’s mission, vision and values throughout your work. To identify any players that you think would be suitable for a trial at the Youth Development Programmes.
The person appointed to this post will have contact with children. Therefore, the post holder will require an enhanced FA Disclosure Barring Service check.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
FA Introduction to Coaching Football Qualification
FA UEFA C Coaching Qualification
Introduction to First Aid qualification
FA Safeguarding children workshop
Experienced in talent ID
Experience of delivering excellent customer services
IT Skills, including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Experience of working with player/parents in football environments
Experience in leading/managing an area/people or teams
Has an understanding of how elite players are developed

Personal Qualities/Attributes
Hardworking and enthusiastic
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and committed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to communicate effectively
Willingness to work weekday evenings
Excellent team player and motivator
